Arla M. Dietz Baim was born in November 1950 and is a film producer, choreographer, and dancer who performed with The Mystic Knights Of The Oingo Boingo from 1972 until 1973. In 1975, she was recruited by A&M Records as an administrative assistant. Ms. Dietz Baim was then promoted to creative advertising manager where she produced radio advertisements, music videos, television spots and print advertising. During her time at A&M, she was involved with the careers Oingo Boingo, The Police, Sting, Quincy Jones, Burt Bacharach, Herb Alpert, Joe Jackson, The Go-Go's, Joan Armatrading, Supertramp, and Peter Frampton.

Dietz Baim also served as executive consultant to McDonald Selznick Associates (MSA), a boutique talent agency focusing on the careers of the top choreographers and director/choreographers working in the entertainment industry. In 1984, she began working with her late husband Michael Campus to form Journey Entertainment, then later Birch Grove Films.
